V&W Biotech’s Hydrophobic PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) filters utilize biaxially stretched, highly hydrophobic PTFE microporous membranes. These filters have an extremely high porosity, low air resistance, and high flux. They are primarily used in the biopharmaceutical industry for air sterilization and clarification, as well as the sterilization of low surface tension and highly corrosive liquids.
